RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Bigwig Bar, we strive to provide our customers with quality wigs that meet their satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. 

For ready to ship wigs, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Must try on with a wig cap and can not be worn outside. The wig must be in its original condition and packaging, and a 6% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom pieces. This includes wigs and toppers made to fit specific measurements or with custom colors or styles.
